1.  FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS must complete a new swimmer evaluation before registering for a group.

AFTER AUGUST 23, 2026, PLEASE USE THIS FORM TO SCHEDULE AN EVALUATION

(1A) Swimmers coming out of the Riverside Swim School - your group placement evaluation was completed at the conclusion of your last swim lessons session. Please register accordingly. If you have questions, please contact Hannah at riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com

(1B) Swimmers transferring to RAC from another USA Swimming Club - Please send your swimmer's NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, and MEMBER ID to riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com for a group placement

2. NEW ATHLETES: USA Swimming requires proof of age. Every swimmer must submit a copy of their birth certificate. You may email a scanned copy or picture of the birth certificate to riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com.

3.  RETURNING ATHLETES must complete registration for the new season to begin practices. The USA Swimming Registration process will be completed by RAC Admin at a later date. 

3. PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Be sure to read all of the agreements in the registration module. By completing registration, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the rules, regulations, requests, and information contained therein.
