(1A) Swimmers coming out of the Riverside Swim School - your group placement evaluation was completed at the conclusion of your last swim lessons session, please register accordingly. If you have questions please contact Hannah at riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com

(1B) Swimmers transferring to RAC from another USA Swimming Club - Please send your swimmer's NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, and MEMBER ID to riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com for a group placement

2. NEW ATHLETES: USA Swimming requires proof of age. Every swimmer must submit a copy of their birth certificate. You may email a scanned copy or picture of the birth certificate to riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com.

3.  RETURNING ATHLETES must complete registration for the new season to begin practices. The USA Swimming Registration process will be completed by RAC Admin at a later date. 

(3A) GROUP CHANGES: Senior Prep 2 will be dissolved and athletes distributed amongst Gold, Blue, and Senior Prep. Please register for SENIOR PREP, and Hannah will be in contact with final group placement before September 1. 

4. PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Be sure to read all of the agreements in the registration module. By completing registration, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the rules, regulations, requests, and information contained therein. 

(4A) CHANGES TO PAYMENT METHOD POLICY: All fees will be paid for by setting up automatic online payments with either a credit card or an e-check (preferred). Accounts paying by credit/debit card will be charged a processing fee of 3.0-3.5% depending on card carrier (not applied to member registration).

(4B) ACH will NOT be available for registration fees due to the host website limitations.

Registration Fees: $100 per account

USA Swimming Registration: RAC will complete the USA Swimming Registration process for new and returning swimmers after the start of the season. This is a required membership fee for all swimmers.

Training Fees:  

• All training fees are charged to active accounts on the 1st of each month; payment can be completed via ACH (preferred) or debit/credit card. Please ensure your payment information/method is up to date. Late fees may be assessed for multiple processing attempts.
• Swimmers eligible for free/reduced lunch are also eligible for reduced training fees with RAC. Please forward documentation to riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com.
• If you choose to inactivate your swimmer during the season, you must notify the Business Office/Business Manager by the 25th of the month prior to inactivation (e.g., inactivating in January; notify by December 25th), You may contact the Business Office/Business Manager by emailing riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com. Failure to notify the Business Office/Business Manager by the 25th of the month prior will result in fees being billed as usual. 
• A $25.00 reactivation fee will be charged upon return during the same season and as many times as a swimmer inactivates and reactivates during a season. 

NAFCS LIFEGUARD POLICY

Due to updates in NAFCS facility policy, additional lifeguard(s) will be on deck for all RAC practices and meets. To offset the cost, we have opted to keep the increased one-time administrative fee paid at registration, rather than an increase to monthly dues. The RAC Board of Directors will review financials at the end of the 2026 fiscal year to determine if further fee changes will be implemented for next season. We appreciate your understanding and support.
